Travel distances and prices

Public transport prices will be updated and will be uniform throughout the country, so now you know exactly how much each travel costs - according to a simple distance table. Instead of hundreds of different fares that vary from city to city and from line to line, all you need to know is what color your travel is - and you can purchase the appropriate travel contract and not calculate costs for each ticket individually.

Semestrial Student Pass contract:
  • Students are entitled to a 45% discount on "Monthly Pass" contracts (Nationwide, Area 1, or combined train) if they purchase a contract in advance for the entire semester.
  • For those who have purchased this contract, an "Extended Student" Profile is given for the semester period. The student can travel freely (Travels that match the contract he/she purchased). In addition, the student will receive a 50% discount on loading money to the card (Stored Value), which is used to pay for a single trip.
  • A Semestrial Student contract is valid for one semester only. That is, after the end of the semester, if you want to continue to enjoy free travel also in the second semester, a Semestrial contract must be purchased for the second semester.
Annual Semestrial Student Pass contract:
  • Students are entitled to a 50% discount on "Monthly Pass" contracts (Nationwide, Area 1, or combined train) if they purchase a contract in advance for the entire year.

  • A student registered in only one course in the first semester but intends to register in at least one more course that year, will be able to apply for a Student Profile. The profile will be valid for the first semester only, and if the student registers for another course next semester, the validity of the profile will be extended. This means that the student in this case will not be able to purchase an annual student contract because his/her profile is valid for one semester only.
  • Eligibility for the approval in the following year will also be conditional on meeting the registration conditions for two courses in the following year.
  • More information can be found on the Open University website.
Effective date of student contracts
  • A semestrial contract for the first semester will be valid from October 15th to March 1st of the following year. A contract for the second semester of the academic year will be valid between February 22nd and October 31st of the same year.
  • The validity of an annual contract will start on October 15th until October 15th of the following year
  • For the first time, "One Way" allows students whose student profile has been approved and who have purchased a semestrial or annual contract, to benefit from a wider discount given on the stored value (50%), starting from the date of approval of the profile. The semestrial or annual contract will come into effect, as mentioned, from October 15th.
Smart App –
Traveling without restrictions

For regular public transport users - those who travel regular and multiple travels throughout the month - we usually recommend a "Nationwide Pass" or "Area 1 Pass" contract. However, even if you are a casual traveler, we take care of you: The payment apps will allow you to pay the cheapest price, no calculations and no planning.

Payment in the app is made at the end of each month and the app calculates for you the most profitable fare - any combination of individual tickets, "Daily Pass" tickets, and a "Nationwide Pass" contracts, that will keep you from paying too much. In any situation, just get on - and travel.
